Hello, I’m Diana
A creative, passionate, and dedicated coach with lots of experience in fitness, Diana started as a cycling coach and leader of the adidas Runners community. Now, she’s ready not only to inspire you at her fitness events but also to bring confidence and strength into your body!
All my workouts are a combination of my favorite exercises from Pilates, yoga, dance, and HIIT. Also, a sweet addition to every session is breathwork and meditation.
